Lori Sims and her husband Kevin own Aransas Bay Birding Charters and are on the water boat captains leading photographers and birders to the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge to see the Endangered Whooping Cranes.  While this is the target bird, Lori loves to show off all the beauty and wildlife that the Aransas Bay system provides. Over the last 9 years of being a Captain, Lori has learned to identify new birds each year, always happy to learn from avid birders on how to recognize the different attributes of each species.
